Research outcome

Destiny Support has researched and developed a floating support service to the under-represented and ‘hard to reach’ client groups

living within the community in Slough and surrounding areas.

An initiative to ask why some people living in the community are not accessing mainstream social or support services at a proportional rate as would be expected and also, to evaluate if there is a need for targeted services or if the current provision needs to be adapted to make it more accessible.

Our services are very much client driven based on the current experience we have had so far with our referrals and has enabled

vulnerable people to state what their specific needs are through voluntary work carried out.
