  • Service Users are encouraged to communicate their views and choices.

  • Keep service users informed of developments through visits, letters, newsletters and meetings.

  • Respect individual rights to privacy and confidentiality.

  • Ensure our services users are provided with a welcome pack describing our Service.

  • Service quality and improvement will be achieved through management, training, support and development of all staff through continuous evaluation.
